Jenna Raby
Co-Founder & CEO
An iconoclast and do-gooder Jenna Raby founded Laborfair in 2005 with
two friends. Laborfair is an expression of her personal philosophy that
living wages and individual empowerment are key elements of a truly
prosperous society. Jenna brings with her an eclectic background in
international business and the non-profit sector having worked as a
foreign film buyer, a transportation broker for petroleum carriers in
South America, and a program officer at a private family foundation. Yoga
lover and world traveler, Jenna holds a Master's Degree from Columbia
University's School of International and Public Affairs.
Jose Arocha
Director of Products
Jose is an entrepreneur with a deep interest in the creation of products that foster stronger markets and communities. Jose brings a wealth of experience in innovation with 8 years consulting for technology and product development teams internationally and 3 years as Reuters Digital Vision fellow at Stanford University. At Stanford, he developed internet initiatives to both address opportunities in the informal economy and support global health education. He ensures that our products mirror our vision, serve our customers and offer an innovative edge. Jose holds a Science Master in Mechanical Engineering from MIT. He enjoys ice skating and reading with his daughter.
Justin Ohanessian
Member & Consumer Acquisition
Fresh and eager from college, Justin received a Bachelor of Arts
degree in business administration from the University of San
Francisco. Justin has the entrepreneurial spirit and worked his
way through college. He wrote a business plan similar to the
Laborfair model so we were lucky to find him. Justin is a San
Francisco native who loves to show off his city and is an avid
traveler most recently returning from Costa Rica.
Jim Davidson
Director
Jim is online executive with 15 years experience leading
and growing technology teams. Jim recently served as interim CEO of
Laborfair. Prior to Laborfair, Jim was CTO of Nextumi, the creators of
the rapidly growing ShareThis Internet sharing solution. Before Nextumi,
Jim spent 12 years at AOL leading teams responsible for several online
properties including Digital City, Moviefone, MapQuest, AOL.com, and more.
Jim holds a bachelors of Science degree in physics from the University
of California Santa Barbara.
Pam Miller
Advisor
Pam Miller is an experienced marketer with over 25 years experience in the consumer, enterprise and business to business markets.
A successful executive with senior management experience in startup, growth, and turnaround environments,
Pam reinvented and ran Rocket Networks from 1998 until it's sale to Avid Technologies in 2003.
As COO of Jump!Music, a software company, she grew revenues 400% in the first year.
Pam started her technology career at Microsoft and has worked for marketing for the Clorox Company.
Pam has an MBA and BA from UCLA.
Jonathan Lewis
Advisor
Jonathan has had three successful and varied careers: social entrepreneur, business leader and government policy executive. Currently, he is Founder and CEO of MicroCredit Enterprises, an innovative, microfinance institution with $35 million in guarantees and $22 million in overseas lending capacity. Previously, Mr. Lewis was founder and President of the Academy for International Health Studies and also founded the International Summit on Public-Private Health Sector Partnerships. He has served as CEO of the California Assoc. of HMOs, Chief Budget Advisor to the President of the California State Senate, Member of the Cabinet of the California Superintendent of Public Instruction, and Chief of Staff for three California commissions in the fields of health, education and tax policy. He is currently a Member of the Advisory Boards for the Global Philanthropy Forum, the International Center for Corporate Accountability and several social entrepreneur companies. His personal interests are his wife of 35 years, Jeanette, his son Aaron, and his 150 lb. English mastiff puppy, Cleopatra Daisy Fiona Lewis.
Aaron Roblan

Aaron is a labor and employment lawyer with extensive experience advising
companies of all sizes in compliance with state and federal labor and
employment laws. Prior to his work as outside counsel to privately
held and publicly owned corporations, Aaron served as in-house counsel
to Labor Ready, Inc. In addition to advising clients on the legal and
regulatory hurdles present in the arena of workplace law, Aaron also
advises clients on labor market conditions affecting both traditional
and non-traditional segments of the American workforce.
