Search for a provider by location and category of expertise. View their profiles, read their reviews and see their ratings provided by other people just like you.

Too tired or too short on time? Simply post specific details of your job request, how many responses you'd like to receive by email or phone, and the most convenient time to call. We'll alert matching providers of your request. They'll contact you directly.

Step 2 -- Select:

Review your provider matches. See if providers meet your needs based on your preferences.

Step 3 -- Contact:

With a touch of a button, contact any or all of the providers that meet your needs based on your preferences. Providers assess your service request and contact you to pursue the opportunity. At Laborfair, service providers pay nothing to respond to your exclusive job request. This increases their responsiveness and timeliness. Whether they accept or decline the job request, you'll know it. Laborfair sends you an email in a timely manner. When they accept your job request please be in contact with them. They want to work for you.

Please know that Laborfair is not an employment agency. All wages go directly to the provider. To list on Laborfair as a provider, we do require at least one professional reference. As a service to our community, we've verified the existence of this reference and encouraged reviews from previous or current employers. The reviews you see on Laborfair.com are from real people just like you.

After the Job is complete:

Please post a review for the provider. Like the power of word of mouth, a review provides valuable information to other users and helps them select the right person. Simply search for your provider at Laborfair.com, select the "Post A Review" option in the left margin of their profile, and speak your mind..
